Cabins and rooms with fireplace, compact kitchen, TV, telephones, balcony with a view of Gull Lake, indoor and outdoor pools, three whirlpools and saunas, six outdoor tennis courts. A full service marina is available as well as many other sporting facilities.

Kavanaugh's Resort and Restaurant is a family owned and operated resort featuring 52 condo stlye units situated on a picturesque and recreational rich setting. All units have full kitchens, TV, phones, AC, fireplaces and high speed internet access. This full facility resort offers a long list of amenities and activities, including a pool and games room, tennis courts, basketball courts, putting green, playground, highly rated restaurant and much more. The on-site conference facility can accommodate up to 150 people.

This resort has three accomodation types. Lakeside Villas have a 2-person whirlpool, gas fireplace, and lots of amenities. Lakeside Vacation Homes have fully-equiped kitchens. The Birchwood Villa has a raised hearth wood-burning fireplace, kitchenette, and king size bed.

Gull Four Seasons Resort has 1 to 5 bedroom cabins, condos and chalets. They come with fireplaces, central air, cable TV, phones and complete kitchens with dishwashers and microwaves. Outdoor, indoor swimming pools, whirlpool, sauna and kiddie pool are available.
